Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    oatmeal cookie mix
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    cranberries, sweetened & dried
  • 1 tsp
    cardamon, ground
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg
  • ·
    powdered sugar & ground cardamon for dusting

How to Make Cardamon Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. First pre heat the oven to 350F. Then in a large bowl stir together cookie mix, nuts, cranberries & 1 teaspoon cardamom. Then stir in butter, water, vanilla & egg until soft dough forms.
  2. next roll dough into tablespoonful size balls place about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Then bake for about 12 to 14 mins or until set. Then cool 2 to 3 mins remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cardamom.
