(1 RATING)
These delicious brownies taste similar to pralines. They are very sweet and rich so cut them in small squares.

How To Make caramel praline browines
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x 13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
-
Step 2Melt butter. Pour into mixing bowl and add the box of brown sugar and eggs.Stir in the flour.salt and pecans.
-
Step 3Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Bake until light brown and edges pull away from the pan slightly. About 5 minutes before the brownies are done start making the icing.
-
Step 4For the icing melt butter and dark brown sugar in a medium sized heavy sauce pan over low heat. Stir in the milk or cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly . Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
-
Step 5Stir in vanilla and then beat in sifted powdered sugar until well mixed and smooth. Pour over the hot brownies.
-
Step 6Let the brownies cool and the icing set up for at 2-3 hours before cutting. I have also used icing with a sheet cake made from a butter recipe yellow cake mix and to make praline thumbprint cookies.
