Ingredients

1 18 oz sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 large apples cored and peeled sliced into 1/2 rounds
1/4 cup caramel ice cream syrup
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

How To Make caramel apple cookie bars

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Roll the dough out into a square or circle on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Let cool 15 minutes.

Step 2

Combine the cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread evenly over the cookie.
Step 3

Arange the apple slices over the cream cheese mixture. Drizzle the caramel over the apples. Sprinkle the nuts over top. Cut into desired size cookies
