How to Make Caramel Apple Cider Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter, sugars, salt, and the 10 packets of apple cider mix until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and flour. Add to butter mixture and stir until combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, rotating baking sheets halfway through baking time. Allow to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
- Drizzle with melted caramel. (I make my own using the recipe at giverslog.com/?p=3168. I cook it as directed to the caramel apple dipping stage.)
