Cookies usually involve numerous ingredients and are very time consuming and for those of us who are not up to par as far as baking goes, this recipe is made with only three ingredients and there is no actual baking involved. Great recipe for those holiday parties.

How to Make Can't eat just one cookie


  1. Spread peanut butter on one ritz and top with second cracker.
  2. Melt white chocolate and dip the peanut butter cracker sandwiches into the white chocolate and place on wax paper till chocolate rehardens
  3. Can even melt some mil chocolate and drizzle across dipped cookies to dress them up.
  4. Arrange on a decorative plat or a lined tin.
