1Sift together all dry ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs to butter mixture. Mix well. Stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.
2Mix in butterscotch chips, nuts, and coconut. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned at 375 degrees.
3Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on rack.
