these are great cookies made out of a cake mix and the kids love them

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package (18.25 oz) white cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 - egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cake mix snickerdoodle's

Step 1

heat oven to 350. in a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, set aside.

Step 2

in a large bowl, mix cake mix, butter, egg and vanilla with a spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain). shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Step 3

roll balls in sugar mixture, then place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Step 4

bake 10-12 minutes, or until set. remove from baking sheets to cooling racks.
