Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

How To Make cake mix snickerdoodle cookies

Step 1

Blend sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Combine cake mix, oil, egg and 1 T cinnamon sugar mixture in a large bowl with wooden spoon until blended.
Step 3

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in remaining cinnamon sugar.
Step 4

Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. If desired flatten balls with bottom of a glass.
Step 5

Bake 8-9 minutes or until set. Cool cookies 1 minute on pan. Cook completely on wire racks.
