Use your favorite flavor of cake mix and add lots of different ingredients like coconut, white chocolate chips, chopped nuts, etc.

1 box white cake mix (i prefer duncan hines)
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons water
1 large egg
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make cake mix cookies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients by hand or with electric mixer just until combined.

Step 2

Drop by tablespoon or small sorbet scoop onto ungreased baking sheet.
Step 3

Bake 13 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes. Move to baking rack to cool completely.
