With the Holidays coming, who wants, or has time, to drag 50 ingredients out of the cupboard to make Cookies???? NOT ME.... These cookies are so unbelievably easy. And to make a different cookie use a different cake mix, or different add in, ingredient. So simple.

Ingredients

1 package any flavor cake mix (if using chocolate cake mix add 2 tbs. water)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 - egg
- add ins: (if desired)
1 cup chocolate chips or
1/2 cup any chopped nuts or
- any thing else you usually like in a cookie.

How To Make cake mix cookies

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients on low speed until moist.(Fold in any add in ingredients if using any.)
Step 3

Drop by the tablespoon, 2 inches apart, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 4

Bake between 9 - 12 minutes. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
