cake mix cookies
This recipe is actually on the Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix. I decided to try it because it seemed so easy, and they were a big hit with my family! You can use any flavor of mix, but the funfetti ones taste great! *****Make sure you do use Pillsbury cake mix. The mix to oil ratio for other brands are not the same!!*****

Ingredients
- 1 box pillsbury cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 can cake frosting (optional)
How To Make cake mix cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in large bowl. Stir with spoon until mixture is completely moistened.
-
Step 2Shape dough into small balls, and place about an inch apart on cookie sheets. (wrapping tin foil on cookie sheets makes clean up a breeze, and they don't stick, either!)
-
Step 3Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet.
-
Step 4Spread frosting over warm cookies. Let frosting set before storing.
