I got this recipe from a friend years ago and it's real good, but can be a bit too sweet depending on the flavor of the cake mix you use.

Ingredients

1 box cake mix, any flavor
4 ounces cool whip, slightly thawed
1 - egg
- powdered sugar

How To Make cake mix cookies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Dough will be stiff. You may need to use your hands so be careful as dough will be a bit sticky.

Step 2

Roll into small balls, roll balls in powdered sugar
Step 3

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
