How To Make cake mix cookies

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, shortening, and vanilla until smooth.
• Step 2
  Add cake mix, a little at a time and blend until smooth each time. By the time the entire box is mixed in, the mixture will be of cookie dough consistency.
• Step 3
  If you want to add any extras, like chocolate chips, peppermint brickle, nuts, etc., add in one cup during the blending process.
• Step 4
  Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
• Step 5
  Some family favorites: French Vanilla cake mix with peppermint brickle. Carrot Cake mix with 1/2 cup pistachios and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Red Velvet cake mix with white chocolate chips. Lemon cake mix with dried cranberries.
