I was in a hurry to back cookies for a party and found this recipe on line. It really was a life saver for me. Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix - betty crocker
1/2 cup canola oil
1-2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - egg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts - if you like them
1/2 cup each of white and dark chocolate

How To Make cake mix chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, 1 Tbsp. milk, vanilla and egg.

Step 2

Use another Tbsp. of milk if batter is dry.
Step 3

After batter is mixed, add nuts, if you would like, then add chocolate and white chips
Step 4

Do not grease cookie sheet and drop dough by 1 Tblsp., 2 inches apart on sheet.
Step 5

Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until edges are set.
Step 6

Cool 1 - 2 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
