butterscotch toffee pecan cookies

I had a bag of butterscotch chips that I needed to use up, so I created this recipe. The cookies were delicious and so easy to make. Everyone that ate the cookies loved them. Hope you enjoy them too.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 - large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup heath candy bars, chopped
- 1 package butterscotch chips (11 oz.)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make butterscotch toffee pecan cookies

Step 1Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat until fluffy.

Step 3Add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture and blend well.

Step 4Stir in chopped Heath bars, butterscotch chips and nuts.

Step 5Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.

Step 6Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
