Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup (6 ounces) butterscotch chips

Step 1Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Add egg, milk and orange juice. Mixture will appear curdled.

Step 2Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets; remove to racks to cool completely.
