Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
How To Make butterscotch oatmeal cookies

Step 1Combine butter and both sugars in bowl. Cream well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.

Step 2Measure in remaining ingredients. Mix together. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
