Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely broken pretzels
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marhmallows
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
How To Make butterscotch no-bake bars

Step 1Spray large bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Combine pretzels,marshmallows,oats and butterscotch chips in spray-coated bowl;set aside.

Step 2Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup;level off. In medium non stick sauce pan combine flour,sugar,milk,and margarine;mix well. Bring to a full boil over medium heat;boil vigorously 3 minutes,stirring constantly. Remove from heat;stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over pretzel mixture;stir just until combined. Press mixture firmly in a ungreased 13"x9" pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
