Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    coarsely broken pretzels
  • 1 1/2 c
    miniature marhmallows
  • 1 c
    quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 1/4 c
    margarine or butter
  • 2/3 c
    creamy peanut butter

How to Make Butterscotch No-Bake Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray large bowl with non-stick cooking spray.
    Combine pretzels,marshmallows,oats and butterscotch chips in spray-coated bowl;set aside.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup;level off. In medium non stick sauce pan combine flour,sugar,milk,and margarine;mix well.
    Bring to a full boil over medium heat;boil vigorously 3 minutes,stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat;stir in peanut butter until smooth.
    Pour over pretzel mixture;stir just until combined.
    Press mixture firmly in a ungreased 13"x9" pan.
    Cool completely.
    Cut into bars.
