Sweet and Savory! My Mother-in-Law's recipe. So glad I found this in my recipe box! She made it every year during the winter holidays!

A couple of Tins!
Ingredients
- 2 packages butterscotch chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup salted shelled peanuts
How To Make butterscotch crunchies

Step 1Melt packages of butterscotch morsels. Either over a double boiler or in the microwave. If in the microwave, stir often to be certain not to burn

Step 2Once melted, stir in the remaining ingredients

Step 3Scoop a spoonful of mixture onto wax paper...repeat until gone. Let cool

Step 4Wrap in tins with wax paper in-between each layer!
