Butterscotch chocolate chip cookies (like no other)
4 1/2 call purpose flour
2 tspbaking soda
2 csoftened butter
1 1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cwhite sugar
2 (3.4 oz) boxinstant vanilla puddiing
2 tspvanilla extract
2 csemisweet chocolate chips
2 cbutterscotch chips
How to Make Butterscotch chocolate chip cookies (like no other)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda then set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture a little as a time as the batter gets really thick. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips and butterschotch chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls or cookie scoop onto ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown. Cool on a baking rack and ENJOY with a tall glass of milk!!!
