butterscotch chocolate chip cookies (like no other)
The truth is, I have no sentimental story behind these cookies. I found this recipe in a cookbook that I bought at a yard sale a few yrs back. I made them ONLY becuz I wondered what the pudding added and boy ...... was I pleasantly surprised! EVERYONE asks me 4 this recipe! With that said "I CHALLENGE U 2 FIND A BETTER CHOCO CHIP COOKIE"

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla puddiing
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
How To Make butterscotch chocolate chip cookies (like no other)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda then set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture a little as a time as the batter gets really thick. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips and butterschotch chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls or cookie scoop onto ungreased cookie sheets

Step 3Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown. Cool on a baking rack and ENJOY with a tall glass of milk!!!
