Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup butter, room temp
- 1-1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups flour, ap
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet or milk chocolate, your choice
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
How To Make butterscotch choc chip oatmeal cookies

Step 1Directions: Mix in large mixing bowl, butter and sugars. Add eggs, mix well Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add the oatmeal and both chips. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon (I use mini scoop) onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes. DO NOT overbake, will be hard!
