Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    12 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    eagle brand® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
