Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can eagle brand® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make butterscotch cheesecake bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
