Ingredients
- 1 package 12 oz butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 can eagle brand® sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make butterscotch cheesecake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.

Step 3Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
