How to Make Butterpuff Balls
- Cream butter (don’t substitute with margarine) and shortening well. Add sugar. Beat til light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Gradually add all the flour mixture. Mix well.
- Shape into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Put on lightly greased cooky sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
