How To Make butterflys(rossettes)

Step 1Beat all ingredients together until well blended(like pancake batter). Heat shortening in pan. Put rossette maker in until heated. Dip rossette maker in batter 1/2 way and put in hot shortening for 1 minute(until brown). Drain on paper towels, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar .
