Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 - white cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup crushed butterfingers
- FILLING
- 1 stick butter, room temp
- 1/4 cup shortning
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed butterfingers
How To Make butterfinger whoopie pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake ingredients for about 2 mins and roll into i inch balls. Place on a non stick cookie sheet and bake for 9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper and cool completely.Fill with butter cream.

Step 2Cream butter, shorting and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add honey, vanilla and water and beat again . Slowly add powdered sugar until all is incorporated. And then mix in butterfingers.
