Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 x large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- - butterfinger candy bars (mini's or snack pack, cut in 1/2)
How To Make butterfinger oatmeal cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar & sugar together. Beat in the egg & vanilla.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon & oats. Add the dry ingredients into the wet & mix just to combine. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Press Butterfingers into cookie dough. NOTE: If using Mini's - leave whole & if using Snack Pack - freeze about 2 - 3 hours & cut in 1/2 when needed.

Step 4Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven & let cool 1 minute, place cookies on a wire rack & cool completely.
