How to Make "Butterfinger Cookies"
- Beat sugar and butter in large Mixing bowl til creamy.
Beat in egg.
- In separate Bowl combine dry ingredients.
Gradually beat into egg mixture
- Stir in Chopped Butterfinger pieces.
Drop dough by rounded Tablespoons on to ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake @ 375 for 10-12 min. or until light-golden brown.
COOL on baking sheet for 2 min before removing to cooling rack.
