Ok this recipe will make you about...and I know this is shocking about 5 1/2 dozen cookies. So what you can do is do this recipe and use what you like and chill the rest for later.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (6oz) white chocolate baking squares, coarsely chopped
  • 6 - bars (2.1oz each) chocolate covered crispy peanut buttery candy, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked regular oats

How To Make buttercrisp cookies

  • Step 1
    Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar beating until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended.
  • Step 2
    Combine flour,baking powder and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in vanilla. Stir in white chocolate, candy and oats. Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Preheat oven to 350. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until golden (Do not overbake). Cook 5 minutes on baking sheets; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
