Ok this recipe will make you about...and I know this is shocking about 5 1/2 dozen cookies. So what you can do is do this recipe and use what you like and chill the rest for later.

3/4 c
unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c
granulated sugar
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2
eggs
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 pkg
(6oz) white chocolate baking squares, coarsely chopped
6
bars (2.1oz each) chocolate covered crispy peanut buttery candy, coarsely chopped
1 c
uncooked regular oats

How to Make Buttercrisp Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar beating until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended.
  • 2Combine flour,baking powder and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in vanilla. Stir in white chocolate, candy and oats. Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
  • 3Preheat oven to 350. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until golden (Do not overbake). Cook 5 minutes on baking sheets; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
