How to Make Butterball Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and flour and salt. Mix together and add nuts last.
  2. Form into balls the size of walnuts and place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Cookies do not spread.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. While still warm roll in powdered sugar and let cool. Before serving roll in powdered sugar again. Makes about 70 cookies.
