How to Make Butter Twists
- Cream butter, add the flour.
- Combine with egg yolk & sour cream.
- Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Divide into 3 parts. Roll each into circle, 1/8 inch thick. Cut each circle into 16 wedges.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts.
- Sprinkle on wedges & roll each up to center.
- Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Makes about 48 twists.
