Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 - egg yolk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
How To Make butter twists

Step 1Cream butter, add the flour.

Step 2Combine with egg yolk & sour cream.

Step 3Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.

Step 4Divide into 3 parts. Roll each into circle, 1/8 inch thick. Cut each circle into 16 wedges.

Step 5Combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts.

Step 6Sprinkle on wedges & roll each up to center.

Step 7Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 minutes.

Step 8Makes about 48 twists.
