Makes about 48 twists


How to Make Butter Twists


  1. Cream butter & add flour.
  2. Combine egg yolk & sour cream.
  3. Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.
  4. Divide dough into 3 parts.
  5. Roll each into circle 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut each circle into 16 wedges.
  7. Combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts.
  8. Sprinkle on wedges & roll each wedge toward the center.
  9. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 25-30 minutes.
