Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 - egg yolk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
How To Make butter twists

Step 1Cream butter & add flour.

Step 2Combine egg yolk & sour cream.

Step 3Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.

Step 4Divide dough into 3 parts.

Step 5Roll each into circle 1/8 inch thick.

Step 6Cut each circle into 16 wedges.

Step 7Combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts.

Step 8Sprinkle on wedges & roll each wedge toward the center.

Step 9Bake in preheated 375 oven for 25-30 minutes.
