Simple, yet delicious. Variations such as adding 1 cup chocolate chips, or 1 cup of heath brickle chips are great as well.

1 box butter pecan cake mix
2 - large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans (i use pecan chips)

How To Make butter pecan cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream cake mix, eggs, vanilla and butter together with mixer. Stir in pecans. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
