Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup saltcocoa
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - powdered sugar
How To Make butter-nut-cocoa snow balls

Step 1Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add salt and cocoa to flour. Blend thoroughly with creamed mixture. Add pecans, and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. do not brown. Cool lightly , and while still warm, roll in powdered sugar, repeating process again. Makes 5 dozen
