How To Make butter koek

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2

Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Step 3

Combine and add flour and baking powder
Step 4

Pour into greased baking sheet.
Step 5

Brush top with egg white
Step 6

Bake 20-30 minutees
