These are one of the cookies my mom made at Christmas time and after she pass away I have been redoing her recipes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup real butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make butter crunch refrigerator cookies

  • Step 1
    Mix together shape into long roll about 2" diamenter. Roll in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. When firm, slice with a warm Knife about 1/4" thick and bake at 350 until brown.
