How To Make
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl, add beaten egg and melted butter, careful not to congeal egg. mix thoroughly.
Form into small balls the size of a walnut, and roll in coconut and place on greased trays, allow room to spread.
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes, til straw coloured. Removed from oven, cool for 5 min and then remove from trays, put on cooler rack.
