How to Make Butter Balls
- I use my mixer to cream the softened butter with the confectioners sugar until fluffy.
- Blend in the vanilla and gradually add the sifted flour.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Chill several hours for ease in handling. Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350. Roll in more confectioners sugar while still warm.
