Ingredients

3 1/4 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspsea salt

2 stickplus 2 tbsp room temp butter

2 largeeggs (slightly beaten)

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Sift together flour, baking soda & salt, set aside for use in step 4
- Cream the butter with a mixer for 1 minute @ medium speed, add the Splendas, and cream another 3 minutes until light & fluffy, scrape down the bowl
- Combine the eggs and water, add to the creamed mixture, mix for 1 minute, add the vanilla, mix thoroughly
- Add the dry ingredients, mix only until the ingredients are completely combined.
- Add the chocolate chips, mix on low speed until the chips are completely combined
- Drop by tablespoons on ungreased pans
- Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes
- Take the cookies off the pans while still warm
