- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - canola oil, for frying
- - cinnamon/ sugar mixture
How To Make bunuelos

Step 1Beat eggs until foamy; add melted butter and milk. add flour,baking powder, sugar and salt. Knead dough and form into small walnut size balls. Roll into thin pieces and fry in the hot oil until crispy. Place on paper toweling to drain. Now place in a paper bag with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and shake up to coat.
