irish cream liqueur (baileys i use)
butter (softened @ room temp)
irish cream ( baileys i use)
2 - 3 tsp
heavy cream ( you can sub milk or more baileys)
DRIZZLE OF CHOC GLAZE ON TOP (OPTIONAL)
semi sweet choc. chopped
How to Make Brownies Irish Cream bars By Freda
1Heat Oven @ 350
Grease Bottom only of 13"X9" Pan.
in large Bowl Combine Brownie Ingredients above.
Beat Only 50 strokes with a spoon, ( do not over Beat)
Spread into greased Pan.
Bake 350 for 25-30 min. Til done. Do not over bake.
COOL 45 min to 1 hr. cool completely.
Beat butter till light and fluffy,
add all the Frosting ingredients,
add only enough milk to desired Spreadable consistency.
Spread over COOL Brownies.
To serve: Cut int Bars & enjoy . . Yummmmmy
Add all drizzle ingredients in microwave bowl. microwave for 30sec. stir till smooth and melted.
drizle over each frosted Bar.
Place in refer till firm. about 10-15 min.
