Ingredients
- 11 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons strong coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make brownie on a stick

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 3In saucepan melt butter, sugar, vanilla, and coffee until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir until fully melted.

Step 4Put chocolate mixture into mixing bowl and run on low for 5 min until batter slightly cooled. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour into batter and blend just until incorporated.

Step 5Put batter in fridge and chill about 30 min.

Step 6Using a large size cookie scooper, scoop batter into you hand and roll into ball then place onto jellyroll pan and insert stick.

Step 7Bake at 350 for 16 minutes.
