These were simple and quick to make. The oats make the cookies so chewy!!!! They are great warm or room temperature! These would make a great gift for the chocolate fiend on your gift list.

Ingredients

1 box duncan hines brownie mix
2 - eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup oats, quick cooking
1 tablespoon water

How To Make brownie oatmeal cookies

Step 1

Combime all ingredients in large bowl with with a big spoon. (I used a large wooden spoon) Batter will be thick.

Step 2

Drop tablespoon of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart
Step 3

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
