These were simple and quick to make. The oats make the cookies so chewy!!!! They are great warm or room temperature! These would make a great gift for the chocolate fiend on your gift list.

How to Make Brownie Oatmeal Cookies


  1. Combime all ingredients in large bowl with with a big spoon. (I used a large wooden spoon) Batter will be thick.
  2. Drop tablespoon of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart
  3. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
