My son called this morning and asked me for an easy chocolate cookie he could make. He mentioned he had a box of brownie mix but didn't want to make brownies. Ever since my twins were very small,they LOVED cookies! I always made homemade cookies so I guess that's why. This is a simple recipe he or anyone could make.

Ingredients
- - 1 box brownie mix ( i like betty crocker fudge)
- - 1/3 c vegetable oil
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 tablespoon vanilla
- - chopped pecans,optional
How To Make p.g's brownie cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients,stir until well combined. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 mins.
