How to Make Brownie Biscotti

  • 1In large bowl, combine butter, eggs and vanilla blend well using mixer.
  • 2In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix with fork till well blended.
  • 3Combine all dry ingredients to wet gradually stiring in little at a time. Dough will be crumbly.
  • 4Place dough onto a lightly floured surface knead in almonds and chips. Cut in half. Form into 2- 12"x3"
logs. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet leaving 3" between logs. *I love using parchment paper.

Carfully transfer to cutting board. Cut with serrated knife on the 1/2" slices. Return to baking sheets careful to lay on its side and bake another 20-25 min.
