- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Step 1Oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, brown sugar and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Dough will flatten and spread. Bake 12-15 min until set.
