I love oatmeal cookies, and living in Grand Haven, Michigan we are known for our blueberries so I thought one day what the heck lets add some of that blue goodness and this is what I came up with they taste like Blueberry Crisp you can carry in your hand.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed, brown sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen

  • Step 1
    In large bowl cream butter and sugars. In seperate bowl mix the flour, oats cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking so da. Once combined fold the blueberries. Drop by teaspoonfuls bake at 350 degrees. Bake for 12-14 minutes
