How to Make BLUE RIBBON COTTAGE CHEESE COOKIES
- CREAM TOGHETHER 1ST-5 INGREDIENTS THEN ADD COTTAGE CHEESE, COCOA, MIX WELL. SET ASIDE . SIFT TOGHETHER DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO THEN ADD CREAM MIXTURE, STIRRING WELL. STIR IN THE NUTS. CHILL DOUGH IN FREEZER FOR 1-2 HOURS. ROLL DOUGH INTO BALLS SIZE OF A WALNUT. THEN ROLL IN LEFTOVER POWDERED SUGAR. BAKE ON A LIGHTLY GREASED COOKIE SHEET AT 350* FOR 12 MINS.
