2 1/2 clight brown sugar
2/3 cvegetable oil
2eggs, lightly beaten
2 tspreal vanilla
2 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
112-ounce package chocolate chips (optional)
How to Make Blonde Brownies
- Spray 13"x9" pan with non-fat cooking spray.
- Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to mixture and mix well.
- Pour into pan. Spread and smooth batter. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top or use other flavored chips.
- Bake at 350. Do not overbake. Check at 20 min. Toothpick should come out clean. Try to wait until completely cool before eating. We never can wait that long if brownies are for having at home!
