Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2/3 c
    butter
  • 1 lb
    brown sugar, light
  • 3
    eggs
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 6 oz
    butterscotch chips
  • 1 c
    pecans

How to Make Blond Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan; cool.
  3. When cool, add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Add flour mixture; add chips and nuts last.
  5. Spread in a jelly roll pan; bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes - Do not overcook; batter will be very thick.
  6. Cut in squares when cool.
