- COMBINE AND SET ASIDE: IN ANOTHER BOWL SIFT TOGETHER:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ADD:
- 1 cup water, warm
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- BEAT WELL.
